Eyelash Perm opens up your eyes and makes it easier to apply mascara.
Nothing would sound more ridiculous to a man, however this simply procedure that takes 10 to 15 minutes can have a dramatic impact on the appearance of your eyes.
Personally I have quite heavy eyelids and my lashes pointed downward and I could often see them in my vision. So when my beauty therapist suggested an eyelash perm, I decided to give it a go. The results are really pleasing, my eyes appear more open and alert. I don't look as tired and don't have to wear mascara every day.
What is an eyelash perm?
An eye lash perm works in the same manner as an eighties hair perm. A small roller is placed on top of the eyelid with a water based glue and the beauty therapist will gently glue your eyelashes around the roller. The perming solution is applied for 5 minutes. Then a neutralising solutions is applied for another 5 minutes. And then removed.
Eye lash perming when performed by an experienced therapist is safe and will not damage your eye lashes.
An eyelash perm can last anywhere between 4 and 8 weeks depending on how fast your own eyelashes grow.
