Sydney’s Moonlight Cinema is an outdoor movie theatre located in Centennial Park, screening films throughout Summer 2011/2012

The Ford Focus Moonlight cinema is a relaxing and enjoyable to spend time in the outdoors with your family and friends. This summer Sydney's Centennial Park will host the outdoor movie theatre program which will run until Feburary.

Moonlight Cinema location:

Belvedere Amphitheatre, Centennial Park (on the corner of Loch Avenue & Broome Avenue) Paddington. Entry to the cinema is via Woollahra Gates on Oxford Street.

Moonlight Cinema Time & Dates:

The Moonlight Cinema will run on selected dates throughout Summer. Gates open at 6.30pm and screenings start at sundown

Moonlight Cinema Ticket Prices:

  • Adult - $18
  • Concession - $16
  • Sen/Child (5-15yrs) - $14
  • Gold Grass - $33
  • Gift Vouchers - $16 (online only)

All tickets are only $12 on Wednesdays! And Gold Grass $25!

Seating arrangements at the Moonlight Cinema:

  • Bean Beds are available for hire on site for $9 (plus a $10 refundable deposit). Note: Cash Only
  • Alternatively you can bring low beach chairs (without legs), cushions, blankets and rugs.
  • If you need to bring a chair, you will be directed to sit behind all other patrons at the cinema.

How to get to the Moonlight Cinema:

  • By bus: Regular busses will run to Centennial Park.
  • By car: There is some parking available at the venue however, it is limited. Enter via the Woollahra Gates.

  • There will be food and beverage available on site, with a New York style street food and full bar available.
  • Alternatively you can bring your own picnic basket and a bottle of wine!
