This is no ordinary Cafe.

Next time you are visiting Hunter Valley NSW take the time to visit Pooles Rock Winery and have lunch at the stunning Firestick Cafe.

This was the 3rd visit to Firestick Cafe and we have taken a variety of people here. The food is exceptional, the views spectacular and the service is truly first class. This is no ordinary Cafe. The menu offers a selection of gourmet styled pizzas served on wooden paddles and a great selection of entrees, mains and exquisite desserts.

The view and outlook from this restaurant is nothing short of stunning. My fellow diner and I shared a brushetta with a salt fish spread - it was a surprising combination that was nothing short of morish. For mains my fellow diner enjoyed a Pork Schnitzel with a Waldorf salad, while I enjoyed the Lemongrass chicken dish - which as become my favourite. Next time I will make myself try something new so I can experience the entire menu.

Dessert was sinfully good - creme brulee and a chocolate tart! We were both felt completely indulged and were so impressed the with smooth running of the restaurant and the extremely professional staff. The bill was even more surprising in that a meal of this quality could be so affordable. A definite dining must for food lovers.
